He holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics, Master in Human Resource Management & Business Administration prior to his doctoral research in the area of Performance Psychology.
He is a certified trainer for 6-Sigma, EICC Lead Auditor, Leonard Personality Inventory and Personal Resilient Advantage for Stress Transformation.
Dr. Gary Wong is an accomplished scholar-practitioner with extensive academic and professional credentials in the field of business and operations management.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, a Master of Business Administration, and a Doctorate in Business Administration.
His academic training is complemented by more than 35 years of senior-level management experience in the electronics manufacturing industry, as well as over 20 years of professional
training and facilitation experience in overall factory Operations and Quality Management.
He has served in leadership capacities with leading U.S. multinationals such as Conner, DEC, Quantum, and Iomega, in addition to contributing to the world’s largest contract manufacturer, Foxconn Technology.
As a trainer and educator, Dr. Gary Wong integrates academic rigor with real-world experience, equipping professionals and organizations with practical knowledge, critical insights,
and evidence-based practices for sustainable competitive advantage in today’s organization.
Tay Ee Wei is the Head of IT & Operation of Hi3 overseeing Operation, Sales & Marketing, and System Development. With Advance Diploma in Information Technology, and a MCSE (Microsoft Certified System Engineer), he gained experiences from various industries such as Retailing, IT Project Management, Hospitality, Manufacturing & IT Training & Consultancy as an IT Professional of 20 years.
Joining MyHi3 in 2017 as an Head of IT & Operation, he is now a highly Well-Equipped IT System Consultant, Trainer & Digital Marketer. He is also a Qualified HRDF Registered Trainer since 2020.
